Update: Monday, March 30

So, we are essential, but we do have limitations? Please make sure that you are reading the NWMLS bulletin regarding what the Governors proclamation and conforming to the outline so that we do not put our operations at risk for being restricted. We are grateful that we can continue our real estate business with limitations, let's make sure that we are educating our clients on what we can and can not be doing during this time to keep everyone safe.

HUGE Win for Real Estate Brokers! Make sure to read all of the Governor Inslee's proclamation AND the update from the Northwest Multiple Listing Service! There are still guidelines and rules to follow, but this is a big win.
