The real estate market has continued to be strong this week. Just in today there were many new listings on market. That combined with low interest rates, buyers are still seeking opportunity and offers are rolling in. The message of today is that business may not be as "usual", but those that are adapting are winning.
Real Estate in our area has not seen much difference as of today! The NWMLS has now published a recommended Force Majeure and Closing Addendum (22FM), which we are recommending. In today's video we talk about this addendum along with our recommendations and our published office coronavirus protocols that are now published for brokers in the office in addition to protocols for working with seller and working with buyers.

Issues pertaining to the COVID 19 seems to be changing hourly, however, we have not seem much of any shift in business as regards to buyers and seller activities. We still have new listings coming on market, we still have contracts being created and we still have closings as scheduled. The big change is really the way some buyers and sellers are looking towards the days ahead. In the video below, Duane addresses some of the questions he is receiving from brokers today including "Is it in the best interest of my sellers to list now or wait?" and "What should we do about hosting an open house?". Please take the time to watch this video and subscribe to this blog for future updates.
